Interior Review of the 2023 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
For the 2023 C-Class, most controls are within a central touch screen in portrait orientation. It floats above a strip of wood or metal trim, on which five air vents look like they came straight out of an airplane. Instrumentation is on a separate screen surrounded by the steering wheel.
Mercedes provides a variety of colored leather alternatives and genuine leather accents. The front seats are incredibly relaxing, with plenty of power adjustments, plush padding, and supportive bolstering for long drives.
The rear passengers have decent legroom but very little headroom. The trunk's 18 cubic feet of space for a compact car is quite spacious.
The cabin of the coupes and convertibles is mainly unchanged, so it has the same Mercedes-Benz infotainment system as last year's. Predictably, there may be a lack of legroom in the back and the trunk. However, that's the price to pay for convertible thrills and coupe good looks.

We know the 2023 C-Class will offer a turbocharged 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine with 255 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. The engine is powered by an electric motor running on 48 volts and mated to a nine-speed automatic gearbox.
The C-Class has standard rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive as an option. A twin-turbo 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine producing 385 horsepower is likely to remain standard in the C43, while we expect the C63 S to have a 4.0-liter V8 making 503 horsepower. The AMG models are both all-wheel drive.
